I am thrilled to learn that Callis Editora, my publisher in Brazil, has chosen A Dog Called Woof – Um Cacharro Chamado Pirata, to decorate their stand this year at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair 2002.

It’s amazing to see the illustrations in life-size – they look fantastic – thank you Romont Willy, you did such a great job bringing Mia and Woof to life!

I wasn’t able to make the fair this year, but it feels like a part of me was there in spirit with the book.
